Reliable Measurement & Analytics Infrastructure.
We audit, design, and implement verified conversion tracking pipelines across Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and Meta Conversions API (CAPI). Eliminate data discrepancies, resolve event duplication, and feed ad bidding algorithms verified signals.
Common Measurement Failures We Fix
When conversion tracking is broken, ad algorithms optimize toward false positives and founders make decisions on skewed numbers. We diagnose and repair the critical root causes.
Duplicate Purchase Events
Order confirmation pages firing on every reload or thank-you page visit, doubling or tripling reported sales and distorting ROAS in Google and Meta reporting.
Missing Funnel Drops
`view_item`, `add_to_cart`, or `begin_checkout` failing silently after theme code updates, app installs, or checkout redesigns, leaving marketing teams blind to funnel friction.
Vanity Click Tracking
Counting clicks on "Submit" buttons as leads before validation passes, or treating phone/WhatsApp links as completed inquiries, feeding ad algorithms junk data.
Attribution Discrepancies
Large gaps between GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads due to differing attribution windows, consent thresholds, and unmanaged referral exclusions (e.g. payment gateways).
Browser Cookie Decay
Apple Safari ITP and ad-blocking extensions truncating client-side cookies to 24 hours, breaking multi-day consideration journeys without Conversions API support.
The Groniq Fix
Standardized e-commerce data layers, unique transaction ID deduplication, server-side CAPI pairing, and rigorous testing across staging and live production.
Tailored Measurement Architectures
Accurate measurement requires modeling the true customer conversion milestone. We structure dedicated pipelines for lead capture and transaction flows across the US and Dubai.
Verified Forms, Bookings & Inquiries
For service operators, B2B consultancies, and clinics, tracking must verify genuine intent while filtering out accidental clicks and validation errors.
Form Submission Verification
Firing conversion tags exclusively on verified server responses or confirmed success screens, never on bare button clicks.
Appointment & Calendar Tracking
Capturing confirmed appointments via iframe message listeners (Calendly, HubSpot, Acuity) and booking redirect triggers.
Phone & WhatsApp Intent Distinction
Explicitly classifying telephone and WhatsApp link clicks as micro-intent events, distinguishing them from actual qualified calls or closed deals.
Item Data Layers & Purchase Integrity
For Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom web stores, tracking must preserve accurate SKU attribution, order values, currency codes, and transaction deduplication.
Standardized GA4 E-Commerce Events
Complete funnel implementation: `view_item`, `add_to_cart`, `begin_checkout`, `add_payment_info`, and `purchase` with full item arrays.
Transaction Deduplication
Passing unique `transaction_id` keys and local session storage blocks to guarantee single firing per order regardless of page refreshes.
Enhanced Conversions & CAPI Deduplication
Hashed customer data (email/phone) for Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, paired with Meta CAPI server deduplication via matching `event_id`.
Services & Concrete Deliverables
Every implementation is delivered with clear technical artifacts, debugged tags, and an exhaustive handover data dictionary.

Scope, Access & Realistic Expectations
We clarify exact dependencies before starting so implementation moves fast without administrative delays.
Required Administrative Access
- Google Tag Manager & GA4: Publish/Admin access to the target GTM container and Administrator or Editor access to the Google Analytics 4 property.
- Advertising Accounts: Standard user access to Google Ads and Meta Business Manager / Events Manager.
- Website CMS / Code Access: Theme code edit access for Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, or repository access for headless web applications.
Engineering Realism & Boundaries
- No "100% Attribution" Myth: We maximize measurement accuracy and reduce data loss. However, no agency can promise "100% perfect tracking" due to ad blockers, private browsing, and multi-device consumer behaviors.
- Clicks vs. Qualified CRM Outcomes: Tracking telephone or WhatsApp clicks measures intent. It does not prove the prospect was qualified or purchased. Deep CRM offline sync is scoped separately.
- Separately Scoped Infrastructure: Dedicated cloud server-side GTM containers (e.g. Stape or GCP servers) and consent management platform (CMP) integrations are scoped based on technical requirements.
Common Tracking Questions
What is the difference between client-side and server-side tracking?
Client-side tracking runs scripts inside the visitor's web browser, which can be vulnerable to ad blockers, script timeouts, and cookie expiration rules. Server-side tracking sends data to your own cloud server container first, which then forwards clean, deduplicated events directly to GA4, Google Ads, and Meta CAPI via secure server-to-server endpoints.
Why do Google Ads and GA4 show different conversion counts?
Google Ads and GA4 use different attribution models and timestamp methodologies. Google Ads attributes the conversion to the date and time of the ad click, whereas GA4 attributes it to the date and time the conversion occurred. Additionally, differing consent mode thresholds and referral exclusions can produce discrepancies. We align your tracking definitions so you understand how each system calculates numbers.
Can you fix duplicate purchase events in GA4 and Shopify?
Yes. Duplicate purchases typically occur when customers revisit an order confirmation URL or refresh the thank-you page. We implement unique `transaction_id` deduplication and session storage locks so the purchase tag fires only once per order ID.
Does phone or WhatsApp click tracking show me if the lead bought anything?
No. Website click tracking registers that a user clicked the `tel:` or `wa.me` link, capturing micro-intent. To determine if the lead converted into a paying client, you need call tracking software (CallRail, etc.) or offline conversion imports from your CRM, which we can scope separately.
How does this support our paid advertising campaigns?
Modern ad networks (Google Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+) rely on conversion signals to optimize bids. Feeding them clean, deduplicated purchase and lead data with accurate conversion values allows their algorithms to bid aggressively for high-value customers.
